This page covers what this site collects, why, and the terms for using it. It is short because the site collects very little.
What I collect
- Contact form. Your name, email, site address and message. Used only to answer you.
- Newsletter. Your email address. Used only to send the newsletter you asked for.
Nothing else. The site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
Who handles it
- Hostinger hosts the site and stores contact form messages.
- Google Workspace delivers contact form messages to my inbox.
- MailerLite stores newsletter subscriptions and sends the newsletter.
These services may store data outside Quebec. I do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.
How long I keep it
Contact messages are kept for 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, and every issue has a one-click way out.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by writing to oussama@benzita.com. I am the person responsible for protecting personal information on this site.
Terms of use
The content on this site is general information, not advice for your specific situation. I do not guarantee rankings or traffic. Any engagement is governed by the written scope agreed before work starts. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
